Did you know that our Critical Readings Library has over 50 resources – from reports to working papers and more – that we provide to our overseas changemakers as part of our pre-departure orientation process. This helps our volunteers gain a broader knowledge of the context within which their specific interventions are co-created with local partners.

The resources are drawn from a wide range of sources including international humanitarian and development agencies such as Amnesty International, United Nations, and the World Bank; to Sri Lanka-based think tanks such as the Adayaalam Centre for Policy Research, Centre for Policy Alternatives, Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka, and Law & Society Trust; and diaspora-centred organizations such as the Sri Lanka Campaign for Peace and Justice and the National Council of Canadian Tamils to name a few.
